Manage a large, growing customer account, ensuring top-notch customer quality
The job involves working with high-profile customers to maintain exceptional quality, handling corrective actions and root cause analysis, working with the supplier base to ensure that the inbound material quality meets specification for production, creating SPC reports using Microsoft Excel, inspections utilizing visual systems, and assisting in PPAP documentation.

The successful applicant should have an engineering degree preferred, 7-10 years of quality engineering experience with a focus on customer quality, experience working directly with customers and suppliers from a quality perspective, strong ability to drive corrective actions, high proficiency with Microsoft Excel - charts, conditional formatting, data entry and spreadsheet building, exceptional communication, and knowledge of supplier scorecards.
Salary up to $100,000 based on experience, BCBS benefits start after 30 days, dental/vision insurance, STD/LTD coverage, 401k match, flexible PTO, sick time, paid holidays.
