Job Description
The Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing automated control systems for manufacturing processes.
- Developing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI programming for equipment control.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
- Analyzing system performance and recommending improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Providing technical support and training to the operations team as needed.
- Maintaining documentation for control systems, including schematics and software updates.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all projects.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies in automation and control engineering.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Controls Engineer should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, with hands-on experience in automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
