Job Description

The Electrical Controls Engineer will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing automated control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Developing and troubleshooting PLC and HMI programming for equipment control.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
• Analyzing system performance and recommending improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Providing technical support and training to the operations team as needed.
• Maintaining documentation for control systems, including schematics and software updates.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all projects.
• Staying updated with emerging technologies in automation and control engineering.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controls Engineer should have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, with hands-on experience in automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
