Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects, including retail, finish-out, and light industrial projects.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to established goals.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and address any project risks or issues promptly.
- Support the procurement of materials and equipment required for project completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

The Successful Applicant
- A background in construction or a related field within the property industry.
- Knowledge of project management practices, including scheduling and budgeting.
