Construction Project Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
- Review and manage construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment
- Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations
- Participate in on-site inspections, quality control, and reporting
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to progress meetings

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 years of construction experience, ideally transitioning from luxury custom homes
- Familiarity with multifamily, high-end commercial, or medical construction preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD)
