Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Review and manage construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations
• Participate in on-site inspections, quality control, and reporting
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to progress meetings

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of construction experience, ideally transitioning from luxury custom homes
• Familiarity with multifamily, high-end commercial, or medical construction preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD)
