Job Description

Manage daily operations across multiple construction projects to ensure efficiency and quality. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Prepare and present operational reports to leadership, highlighting key metrics and progress. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence initiatives. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance operational capabilities.
