CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer
This CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer will:
- Develop and optimize multi-axis CNC machining processes
- Program CNC machines (hyperMILL preferred) and refine setups
- Design and build custom fixtures for machining and inspection
- Conduct first article prove-outs and process validation
- Implement lights-out machining and automation strategies
- Interpret CMM data and adjust machining for accuracy
- Collaborate with quality team to solve production issues
- Document setups and support repeatable production
- Mentor junior programmers and drive process improvement

A successful CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- 6+ yrs CNC programming (multi-axis, mill/turn)
- hyperMILL expertise (Fusion 360, NX, ESPRIT a plus)
- Strong GD&T, tooling, and precision machining knowledge
- Lights-out machining and automation experience
- Fixture design/fabrication and advanced probing skills
- Titanium, Inconel, and high-performance materials exposure
- Troubleshooting and process optimization ability
- US citizen/green card (ITAR compliance)
