CNC Engineer Aerospace Components

This CNC engineer will:

  • Lead and optimize hard turning CNC operations
  • Perform CNC programming, setup, and operation
  • Develop and implement new machining processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and operators to resolve technical issues
  • Improve process efficiency, quality, and precision
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

A successful CNC Engineer should have:

  • AS or BS in Engineering or related field (BS preferred)
  • 5+ years of CNC machining and process development experience
  • Skilled in CNC programming, setup, and operation
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, production, and operators
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-precision manufacturing
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
