Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, including preparing necessary materials and agendas.
- Assist with drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.
