GTM/Business Recruiter Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing, venture-backed tech AI company to hire their first GTM/Business recruiter. They're scaling quickly and are looking for a high-impact Recruiter to help build the commercial and operational teams globally that bring their technology to market.

Job Description

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience, from first contact through offer
• Support global hiring needs, with the main focus being the NYC market
• Effectively handle a high volume of requisitions across the non-technical space
• Partner closely with Executive and senior leadership to understand hiring priorities and business needs
• Build and manage pipelines of exceptional commercial and operational talent
• Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond job boards, identifying high-potential candidates in non-traditional places
• Work onsite in NYC

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across business, commercial, or sales functions
• Experience recruiting in high-growth, ambiguous environments, ideally within startups or scale-ups
• A genuine interest in hiring to support the overall business needs, not just to fill a quota
• Strong stakeholder management skills - trusted by hiring managers as a strategic partner, not just a delivery function
• A proven track record of creative sourcing and finding talent others overlook
• Excellent communication skills and confidence influencing candidates and stakeholders
