Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and trends. Assist in supplier quality management and evaluation processes. Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures. Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures in compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct detailed inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and final products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to detect trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Lead investigations and corrective action plans in response to non-conformances or customer complaints. Support supplier quality management by performing audits and evaluating supplier performance. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, certifications, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other relevant aerospace quality standards. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality requirements and best practices.
