Job Description

Develop agentic solutions to streamline complex financial crime compliance workflows. Design systems for scraping and processing semi-structured and unstructured data. Integrate automation with human-in-the-loop processes for optimal efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to full-cycle product development with a focus on reliability and consistency through thorough testing. Build scalable, cost-effective solutions that grow with product and business needs.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation from education and/or hands-on experience.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and building RAG systems with vector search.
• Strong programming skills across relevant technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in systems programming (ideally Go) and scripting languages (preferably Python).
• Experience with document or relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch.
