Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows to support business analytics needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust validation and monitoring processes.
• Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all data processes and systems.
• Support the deployment of analytics models and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance data engineering processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in data engineering or analytics, with experience in the FMCG industry being a plus.
• Must have PowerBi experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data processes.
• An ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
