BI Analytics Engineer

Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows to support business analytics needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through robust validation and monitoring processes.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all data processes and systems.
- Support the deployment of analytics models and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance data engineering processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with business goals.

The Successful Applicant
- A strong background in data engineering or analytics, with experience in the FMCG industry being a plus.
- Must have PowerBi experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data processes.
- An ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
