They have a great reputation for excellent retention and repeat clients, a testament to the work they do and company culture. This subcontractor is continuing to grow very quickly, but strategically, and looking to bring on an Account Manager to help with that growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction and renovation sectors. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery, installation schedules, and project timelines. Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations tailored to client needs. Track project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Attend site visits and client meetings to ensure smooth execution and follow-up. Support marketing efforts and participate in trade shows or networking events as needed.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multifamily flooring subcontractor sales or account management. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth in the construction or flooring industry. Strong understanding of flooring products, installation processes, and project timelines. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and bid documents. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic project management tools. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites and client meetings as needed.
Base Salary $100,000 - $150,000. Full commission after 1 year. 4 weeks PTO. Cover 100% of health insurance. Choice between company vehicle or allowance. Company phone, laptop, and iPad.
