Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients. Track and manage account performance metrics to ensure targets are met. Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
