Your role will consist of driving sales, offering the highest levels of customer service, excellent product, and helping to manage inventory while defending the company's image and creating a loyal customer base. Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating and supporting company guidelines
- Helping to manage sales to maximize results
- Stock control
- Assisting in product management
- Executing company visual merchandising guidelines
- Maintaining a functional store performance
- Coherently predicting store needs
- Building a strong database of clients
Profile:
- Experience in fashion
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding and constantly evolving retail environment
- Flexibility in work schedule due to the position's demands
- Ability to work independently without supervision from a manager
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Capacity to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Great customer service skills
