The Retailabteilung of MICHAEL KORS is a constantly growing network of more than 30 outlets, 80 lifestyle stores, and 100 concessions/shop-in-shops in 21 European countries. Our EMEA retail team is engaged, motivated, and multicultural – the team possesses a great international flair.

We are looking for sales associates who are reliable, competent personalities that can master diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. You can communicate well and offer customers an exceptional experience. You are a team player, enjoy working with others, and face challenges positively.

Your tasks will include: achieving sales results through special customer engagement, outstandingly fulfilling sales tasks, showing flexibility and the desire for individual development in a fast-paced business environment, inspiring customers by expanding your knowledge of current trends and styling techniques, working with management to develop innovative ways to maximize personal sales results, and increasing sales results through the use of all available tools and technologies.

We require: relevant sales experience, excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy, resilience under pressure, and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, the ability to handle various tasks effortlessly – multitasking, English language skills.

We also wish for: a dynamic and motivated personality with the ability to engage as a true brand ambassador, sales talent with enthusiasm for styling and fashion, interest in personal and professional development at Capri Holdings (Jimmy Choo, MICHAEL KORS), a technically skilled personality with an entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge of the local language.
