Description Of The Position

Your role will consist of driving sales, offering the highest levels of customer service, excellent product, and helping to manage inventory, defending the company's image and creating a loyal customer base. The main responsibilities include:

• Communicate and support company guidelines
• Help manage sales to maximize results
• Stock control
• Product management assistance
• Execute company visual merchandising guidelines
• Maintain a functional store operation
• Consistently predict store needs
• Build a strong customer database

Profile

Experience in fashion, strong leadership, and communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding and ever-evolving retail environment, flexibility in work schedule due to position requirements, ability to work independently without supervision, ability to work as part of a team, ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, great customer service skills
