Sport & Facility Services Student

Our multi-semester manager program is designed to build athletic leadership along with equipment and game operational skills in students looking for experience organizing NCAA Division I competitions. Managers will also have opportunities to be liaisons with visiting teams/officials and to work with team coaches to coordinate their home events for the season. Manager will spend about 10-15 hours per week at various athletic home games.

Essential duties include learning about event & facility logistics, guest services, hosting championships & tournaments, athletic administration and staff training. Work assignments are completed under close supervision. Procedures are well established. Employees typically follow well-defined policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications include good communication skills, ability to manage time, and ability to think critically and make decisions. Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
