The day-to-day:

• Monitor building automation systems, fire systems, elevator systems, hotel systems, and preventative maintenance systems.
• Supervise and coordinate various special projects to ensure they meet design and budget requirements.
• Ensure adherence to appropriate safety regulations and procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and complete necessary inspection forms for compliance.
• Collaborate with the Safety Manager to train employees on OSHA Standards and address guest complaints promptly with effective problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a hotel or industrial complex is preferred.
