Join the team at Bellagio as a Sales Coordinator, where you'll be at the center of creating seamless experiences for our clients and sales team! In this role, you'll provide high-level support to Sales Executives while serving as a key liaison between the property and clients, helping bring ideas to life with organization, communication, and attention to detail.

The starting pay rate: $19.00 / Per Hour
The day-to-day:
- Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special requests, and amenities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage travel advisor requests, act as the main point of contact, and coordinate with property teams to ensure all requests are executed; maintain and distribute inbox communications as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service by understanding needs, anticipating expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate site visits and FAM tours, including agendas, room keys, dining arrangements, and overall logistics
- Manage schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Hotel Sales executives
- Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files and sensitive information
The ideal candidate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED
- One (1) year of prior relevant experience is Guest Services
- Administrative experience within hospitality, hotel and/or sales department preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
