The Job: The Revenue Specialist plays a key role in generating and distributing daily reports for all operational areas while supporting the Revenue Management team in their daily activities. Working under the guidance of the Revenue Yield Manager, this position focuses on maintaining block inventory and pricing for our Hotel or National Casino Marketing programs, contributing to the achievement of revenue goals across our properties. The Starting Rate: $19 an hour The Day-To-Day:

  • Assist in daily preparation of all managerial reports used for tracking and analysis
  • Review group, convention, and National Marketing block pick-up activity ensuring all revenue opportunities and procedural guidelines are met; assist in developing and maintaining checks and balances for the department
  • Maintain all communication tools used to advise staff of inventory availability, on a timely basis
  • Support Senior Management, Player Development/Casino Hosts, Marketing, and Operations with market, demand, and price information; monitor competitive activity
  • Provide front-line support to request information from other departments
  • Work with National Marketing to create and update all variable segment pricing in Tour Partner
  • Assist in maintaining flight booking requirements for all National Marketing flights in Tour Partner
  • Attend all related Yield Meetings and execute discussed strategy efforts for both Opera and Tour Partner

The Ideal Candidate:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ year of experience in Hotel Operations or analysis is preferred
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience in data entry and comfortability in using 10key
  • Comfortable using basic math skills
  • Experience using Amadeus, Infogenesis and/or Evention
