The Retail Sales Advisor plays a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving sales and earning commission. You'll help guests feel confident in their purchases while upholding our brand standards in a welcoming, high-energy environment. The starting rate: $13 plus 3% commission

The day-to-day:

• Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
• Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
• Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have high school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years old or older
