The job: As a Mini Bar Coordinator, you will be the engine behind the minibar operation, driving revenue while keeping everything on track behind the scenes. From managing inventory and financials to answering department questions, you'll be the go-to expert that keeps the process smooth and efficient. Your attention to detail and ownership of the numbers make a direct impact on the guest experience and the bottom line. The starting rate: $20.000 The day-to-day:

1. Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts, move credits/charges to the correct guest folio, and settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner
2. Perform weekly money transfers, work closely with the accounting team and research all guest disputes and variances to ensure charges are posted correctly
3. Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries and direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar

The ideal candidate:

• Is 21+ years of age
• Has 6+ months of experience in customer service
• Has a high school diploma or GED
