The Job: As a Marker Operations Specialist, you'll be at the center of our credit operations—analyzing patron data, processing marker limit applications, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Your work will directly support our commitment to responsible gaming and financial transparency. The Day-To-Day:
- Maintain a working knowledge: stay up-to-date on marker limit regulations, including Title 31 and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. Provide insightful reports and analyses that guide decision-making and compliance.
- Investigate & Analyze: Conduct thorough research into patrons' financial backgrounds, source of funds, and stability using public records, IRS forms, and third-party data.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with patrons, other gaming establishments, and internal departments like Casino Marketing, Collections, and MLife Operations to process and manage marker limit requests.
- Manage Critical Data: Maintain accurate records of applications, credit reports, and correspondence in our casino systems. Ensure all banking information is verified and securely processed.
- Support Compliance & Security: Monitor for suspicious activity, audit transactions, and help protect sensitive customer and company information.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle multiple phone lines—including preferred guest lines—with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of casino business experience.
- Prior experience in the casino or gaming industry, financial or banking background, administrative and office support or customer service roles preferred.

Pay Rate: $23.00. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
