The Job:
As a Front Service Bell Attendant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our MGM National Harbor guests! By connecting with them and understanding their unique stories, you'll craft unforgettable WOW moments that they'll cherish long after their stay.
The Day-to-Day:
Property Pro: Answer guests' questions and provide accurate info about rooms, restaurants, casino events, and promotions with a smile!
Guest Hero: Resolve complaints with a friendly touch and keep your supervisor in the loop about anything unusual!
Door Opener: Roll out the red carpet by opening doors for guests as they arrive and depart—let them feel like VIPs!
Baggage Buddy: Load and unload guests' luggage from their vehicles, making their experience smooth and hassle-free!
Room Navigator: Transport luggage and escort guests to their rooms, providing room orientation and all the insider tips!
Ticket & Luggage Wizard: Process tickets for guest items and assist with luggage, ensuring everything is taken care of!
Security Star: Maintain control and security of the luggage area, ensuring peace of mind for our guests.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent (Required)
Previous Hotel Bell man experience (Preferred)

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$13.07 This is a tip eligible position.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
