The job: As a Commissioned Fashion Sales Associate at Beau Rivage, you'll be the style expert who turns shopping into an experience. From luxury jewelry brands like Pandora, Swarovski, and John Hardy to designer apparel by Joseph Ribkoff, Trina Turk, and Tommy Bahama, you'll guide guests through our curated boutiques to find pieces that reflect their personality and elevate their look. With an eye for trends and a passion for exceptional service, you'll help guests discover everything from statement accessories to resort-ready swimwear, ensuring they leave with treasures they can't wait to share The starting rate: $13.00 + commission structure The day-to-day:

1. Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, complete transactions within the POS registers, and ensure store stock and cleanliness.
2. Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety.
3. Participate in our sales incentive program, where you're rewarded for achieving sales goals.

The ideal candidate:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Has a High School diploma or GED
• Preferably has retail experience
