The Job

As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership ensures smooth daily operations, a clean and welcoming environment, and a collaborative team culture. By setting high standards and supporting your team, you help create the memorable moments that guests will carry with them long after their stay.

The Day-To-Day

• Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
• Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift
• Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training
• Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience within Environmental Services department
• Prior leadership experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
