The job: As a Banquet Coordinator at Mandalay Bay, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to the food and beverage department. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and communication within the kitchen team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting culinary excellence, we want you on our team!

The starting rate: $13.48

The day-to-day:

• Provide administrative support for F&B Department, to include answering telephones, correspondences as well as receive information concerning matters related to the Department
• Communicate with all departments and outlet employees to ensure that orders are received in a timely manner, paperwork is properly completed and submitted to Inventory Control or department, and notify chefs of shortages
• Coordinate and assist with tasks assigned from a direct supervisor or F&B staff; arrange meetings and conferences for employees, management and purveyors
• Coordination of relief extra-board staff schedule
• Organize Banquet BEOs and attend BEO meeting as necessary
• Assist with special projects within F&B division

The ideal candidate:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in related position
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
