The job: As a Bartender in Kitchen Service, you will keep the heart of the operation flowing by crafting drinks efficiently and accurately for our service team. You'll maintain a clean, organized bar area while showcasing your knowledge of cocktails, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic offerings. Behind the scenes, your speed, precision, and attention to detail will ensure every guest receives a perfectly prepared beverage—helping create the WOW moments that define the Beau Rivage experience.

The starting rate: $12.25 an hour plus tips

The schedule: Swing shift | Full time

Monday - Wednesday: 3:00pm - 1:00am

Sunday: 5:00am - 3:00pm

Off: Friday & Saturday

The day-to-day:

• Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar
• Ring poured or served beverages; collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
• Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
