We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee and elevate our business operations in Guadalajara. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives at a national level.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business strategy, operational leadership, and organizational scaling, with a proven track record of building efficient, high-performing teams and aligning operations with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operations across all business functions (finance, HR, legal, sales support, customer service, etc.)
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Ensure alignment of local execution with the company's global strategic vision
• Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure the achievement of business objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for innovation and lead change management efforts to optimize performance
• Oversee compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Build and nurture a strong leadership team and empower managers through coaching and clear performance expectations
• Represent the company in high-level conversations with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
