Website & Campaign Project Management
Manage end-to-end project execution for new website builds and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, from kick-off to launch and beyond.
Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate the activity of cross-functional team members, including writers, designers, and developers.
Ensure adherence to scope, goals, branding, and performance expectations for each project.
Client & Team Communication
Serve as the central point of contact for assigned website and campaign projects.
Set and manage expectations with internal teams and clients through clear, consistent communication.
Lead weekly status calls and maintain active documentation of project progress, changes, risks, and issues.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes.
Navigate changes in timelines, scope, or budget with a solutions-oriented approach.
Provide recommendations for process improvements that streamline project execution and enhance team productivity.
Quality Assurance & Post-Launch Support
Oversee QA processes for website launches and campaign rollouts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Coordinate post-launch reviews and ensure follow-up tasks are documented and completed.
Analyze project performance against objectives to inform future projects.
