Full-Time Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Creative:

• Update, duplicate, or rebrand existing marketing materials (brochures, inserts, presentations, etc.).
• Draft and design new marketing collateral within brand guidelines.
• Develop event support and other marketing materials as needed.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to prioritize projects.
• Support printing processes, including sourcing promotional items.

Digital & Social Media:

• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute social media content using an editorial calendar.
• Monitor social media channels to respond to comments, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Ensure brand voice and standards are consistent across all digital platforms.
• Monitor websites and review pages, reporting errors or updates as needed.

Project Coordination:

• Manage and prioritize assigned projects.
• Keep project management tools updated with current status.
• Assist with collecting and reporting on ongoing projects.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and adjusted when necessary.
