Metz Environmental Services is growing and we have a great opportunity for a Director of EVS in a busy healthcare setting. We are seeking a leader who shares our passion for superior services, and a motivating management style that challenges, mentors, develops and retains outstanding hourly Team Members.

The EVS Director/GM will ensure that the facility is functioning in a proper and safe manner while ensuring the overall appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness is apparent to our Client, Patients, Residents, and Guests.

Skills and Experience

3-5 Years of EVS Management Experience

Strong Knowledge of Facility and EVS Maintenance Procedures

Strong Work Ethic and Team Player

Amazing Leadership and Mentoring Skills

Strong Computer and Administrative Skills

Experienced Employee Management, Accounting, HR Functions

Experience Managing a Budget and Purchasing

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar desired

Mechanically Inclined, Understanding EVS Industry Language
