We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Fullerton, CA!

Key Relationships: You will report directly to our Inside Sales Lead in our Fullerton, CA facility.

Location: This position is based in Fullerton, California.

Shift: The schedule is Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm. Applicants must be able to work overtime daily, when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Perform data-entry for sales orders
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer data (filing as needed)
• Provide support to the accounting team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous data-entry experience with a high attention to detail
• Previous SAP experience or have worked with a similar ERP system
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
• Customer oriented. You put the customer first and go the extra mile to make our customers happy.
• You have a "can do" attitude and approach
• You love to learn and are passionate about growing your knowledge and skills and being the best you can be
