- The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in a technical customer engineering role, preferably within the fintech or API-focused sectors.
- A strong understanding of Node, JavaScript, React, Postgres, and MongoDB or NoSQL databases is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess a solid business acumen and be able to understand the technical needs of customers in relation to their business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to effectively solve technical problems under pressure.
