Sales Performance Lead
MET France is the French subsidiary of the MET Group, a major player in the energy sector, operating in 17 European countries and present throughout the energy value chain: production, trading, distribution, asset management, and final customer supply.
Established in France since 2023, MET France has developed specific offers and services, 100% dedicated to independents, artisans, SMEs, and micro-enterprises. Organized around four services – sales, finance, IT, operations – MET France currently employs around forty collaborators working on the project.
Job Description
Main Mission:
Optimize the efficiency and impact of teams in charge of incoming sales calls, lead management, and outbound calls (renewal/cross-sell). You will ensure the performance increase of the teams, the coherence of the sales discourse, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management of Sales Activities:
- Monitoring the performance of teams in charge of incoming leads and outbound calls
- Animation of sales rituals: daily, weekly, campaign reviews
- Implementation of feedback routines and continuous improvement
- Optimization of Processes & Tools:
- Analysis of lead processing paths (handling, responsiveness, conversion)
- Recommendations and deployment of actions to improve fluidity, processing quality, and conversion rates
- Coordination with Data, Operations, or IT teams to evolve processes and tools
- Coaching & Support of Teams:
- Active listening of calls to identify levers for progress
- Individual and collective coaching on discourse, argumentation, and posture
- Regular update of call scripts or templates based on field feedback
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Definition of performance KPIs (conversion, retention, productivity)
- Weekly/monthly analysis of data with concrete recommendations
- Highlighting best practices to promote the "copy & scale" effect
Qualifications
- Solid experience (3-6 years minimum) in managing commercial teams, telemarketing, or sales enablement
- Strong interest in performance analysis and the implementation of operational action plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Appetite for coaching, talent development, and data-driven leadership
- Influence leadership (without necessarily managing hierarchically)
- Analytical and structured mindset
- Oral ease & pedagogical sense
- Strong result orientation & test-and-learn culture
