The MET Central Europe, as part of the Swiss-based MET Group, operates in the regional energy trading and energy efficiency solutions sector in Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. In these tasks, we are counting on you:

• Performing HR-related administrative and organizational tasks, preparing reports and statistics
• Managing HR systems, maintaining data accuracy
• Keeping HR databases, records, and organizational charts up to date
• Preparing employment documents (employment contracts, modifications, job descriptions)
• Participating in the onboarding and offboarding process, preparing and verifying documents
• Maintaining personnel records
• Organizing and administering medical examinations
• Participating in project-related tasks

We are counting on your application if you have:

• A higher education degree in economics or HR
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations
• Knowledge of the Nexon4 program
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
• A preference for precise, accurate work, reliability, and adherence to deadlines
• Proactive, independent, and quick work
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• At least basic English proficiency
• Openness to professional challenges and expanding professional knowledge
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
