Handle comments, inquiries, and direct communications from prospects and customers across social media and other brand touchpoints.
Proactively address customer needs and anticipate potential crisis scenarios by maintaining a close ear to the community.
Lead Nurturing through AI Tools: Manage AI-driven tools to engage and analyze leads effectively. Use insights to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and potential customer trends, proactively addressing client needs.
Passion for digital marketing, customer insights and curious about AI tools
Basic experience in social media management, online marketing, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory
High level of motivation to pursue a career in the digital marketing and AI field.
Familiarity with tools like AI lead management platforms and customer analytics tools is a plus
Fluent English and Italian
