You'll play a key role in building and improving how Metaview grows. You'll work closely with our Co-founder-CEO and GTM leaders to design and run the systems, processes, and strategies that help our revenue teams succeed. This isn't a back-office roleβyou'll be hands-on, identifying the best opportunities to make a real impact.
Your scope will span four pillars:
Strategy & Execution β Find and fix friction points in our sales and revenue processes. Work with leadership to deliver important projects and step in where needed.
Systems & Data β Manage our GTM tech stack, keep data clean, automate workflows, and build dashboards.
Analytics & Forecasting β Build models and forecasts, help with territory planning, and support leadership with compensation and growth planning.
Enablement & Innovation β Run GTM reviews, set and track KPIs, keep teams aligned, and use AI to improve efficiency.
5+ years experience, including time in GTM or revenue operations roles at a high-growth B2B startup.
Have excelled in high-growth, high-performance environments and know what outstanding execution looks like.
Highly analytical and structured in your approach, able to break down complex problems and design practical, effective solutions.
A systems thinker who seeks out and uses the latest tools to give yourself and your teams leverage, with some exposure to GTM systems and working with data.
Deeply understand revenue motions (inbound, outbound, SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and can design GTM processes that drive significant improvements in conversion and efficiency.
Outstanding communicator, equally effective at troubleshooting CRM workflows as advising leadership on GTM structure.
Consistently set a high standard for operational cadence, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.

Bring exceptional energy, curiosity, and adaptability to fast-moving, ambiguous environments where playbooks are still being written.
