We're seeking a Data Engineer willing to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of IT infrastructure and to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for development and maintenance of data pipelines, automating metadata extraction, organising and cleansing raw data into usable information, working with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to support in a wide range of data initiatives, create and maintain automation routines for data and metadata processing.

You will:

• Build and maintain data pipelines.
• Automate metadata updates in data pipelines.
• Maintain data platforms with quality data.
• Create and maintain systems documentation.
• Write maintainable, performant code.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure data needs are addressed.

You will need:

• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with Airflow or equivalent.
• Experience with data-related Python packages.
• Understanding of SQL and analytical data warehouses.
• Experience with Docker is an advantage.
