MSL Content Engineering supports critical initiatives across the broader MSL Organization and is seeking an experienced content engineer to join the team. GenAI Content Engineering supports products through quality control, prompt engineering, and fine tuning. The team is composed of content experts with backgrounds in journalism, social media, creative storytelling, and editing. Content Engineers partner closely with technical teams to prompt engineer, build, and ship products from lab to production. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated editorial judgment to build content-driven AI products with trust and safety at their forefront. They will demonstrate a keen eye for crafting thorough, nuanced, and objective guidelines that establish and measure content quality and safety at scale. They will have a proven track record of identifying potential risks and biases in content, designing and conducting experiments to test content safety, and analyzing results to provide actionable recommendations for improvement. They will also have editing and fact-checking skills to fine-tune foundational models and strategic product thinking to put user needs at the forefront of our work.
$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or sales incentives, if applicable.
