The Technical Service Engineer Lead will lead efforts in two key focus areas for Metallus: quality of our products and service to our customers. This role excels at providing technical service geared at resolving customer issues and developing solutions for improved service. Technical service responsibilities include technical interaction with the customer, providing timely resolution of complaints, seeking out new opportunities, and assuring Metallus products meets our customer's needs.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in material science or related engineering field; with 2 years of experience in technical service, quality, manufacturing, or product development OR Master's degree in material science or related engineering field; with 3 years of experience in technical service, quality, manufacturing, or product development
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in material science or related engineering field; with 3 years of experience in technical service, quality, manufacturing, or product development OR Master's degree in material science or related engineering field; with 4 years of experience in technical service, quality, manufacturing, or product development
