Service Desk Analyst

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional Service Desk Analyst to join our Management Information Systems team! Qualifications

High School Diploma with a minimum of 2-years experience with technology support is required. Associate Degree in a related field is preferred.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support agency technology needs, all divisions, maintain a high-level professionalism with staff clients and external contacts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, along with computer installation and repair.
  • Loading and unloading of computers and other equipment for installation, removal, or exchange.
  • Email account creation for new staff.
  • Register Installation and Point-of-sale hardware configuration.
  • Inventory of computers, registers, equipment, and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of technical support.
  • Analyze service log files to identify problem areas.
  • Effectively participate in on-call rotation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
