Underneath all our products is a massive web of partners that users don't see, that require significant product and process investment. That's where the Product Partnerships & Operations team comes in. Partner Operations works to maintain our external relationships and streamlines our collective workflows to keep customers, partners, and Mercury employees happy.
As a Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will work to keep our network of banking and payment partners running like a well-oiled machine while enabling Mercury to launch products and features that make banking feel effortless. This will include a mix of day-to-day communication, process design and execution, as well as long-term strategic relationship building. Internally, you'll work across many of our teams, like Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal - owning the change management program that unblocks sustained growth and innovation. You'll be the connection between our product teams and external banking partners, advocating for the most efficient collaboration possible and removing roadblocks so our designers and engineers can build with the freedom to dream big. You'll deliver magic to our bank partners and, in turn, our customers by making sure even the smallest details of our partnership operate efficiently, so we can continue to expand our products and services.
