About the Role
As part of Executive Operations at Mercor, you'll work directly with our COO to get things done. Your main job is simple: take work off his plate so he can focus on the most important decisions across all departments and functions.
You'll report directly to Mercor's COO, observe how decisions are made, and gradually handle more responsibility. This transparency will help you understand the business quickly and become effective in your role. Think of this as an apprenticeship where you'll get to see how a fast-growing company actually runs.
Key Responsibilities
Execute special projects on behalf of the COO across functions such as growth, marketing, finance, legal, HR, and hiring
Ideate and implement department-wide initiatives with little direction or guidance
Interface with customers, vendors, candidates, and other external parties on behalf of the COO
What Are We Looking For?
1-4+ years of experience in consulting, finance, startups, or similar organizations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfort with ambiguity and little direction
Experience working with customers
Compensation
Base cash comp from $120K-$150k
