We are looking for a Marketing Intern for the Pharma franchise with the following responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
Constant interaction with different areas inherent to the pharmaceutical business: Marketing (other franchises), Sales, Medical Affairs, Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs.
Support to the Product Management in the implementation of the marketing plan and product launch strategy.
Support in the management of events ensuring impeccable and successful planning, execution, and closure, aligned with the established objectives and compliance policies.
Development and implementation of promotional materials and omnichannel campaigns, ensuring that they are executed successfully. Support in the editing, review, handling of the materials approval tool, and coordination with the agency and business approvers.
Analysis of prices and market share of the business unit.
Constant coordination with the sales team to conduct training, delivery of promotional materials, events, among others.
Constant coordination with suppliers.
Creation of Purchase Orders with suppliers in the tool; as well as follow-up until the validation of supplier invoices.
Active participation in the initiatives and/or projects of the Vaccines franchise.
Events: Coordination and follow-up of the plan of activities and its correct execution.
Requirements:
Pursuing a university degree in 7th or 8th year of Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and related fields.
Intermediate to advanced level of English.
Sense of urgency, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and follow-up on assigned tasks to achieve completion within the required timeframes.
Desirable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
