So, what will you do?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

  • Assist with the writing/revising/rolling out accurate operational procedures, training materials and maintenance procedures for various Engineering systems; ensure all work is carried out in line with same.
  • Operate as part of the Engineering team implementing the overall site testing/inspection programme.
  • Where applicable, work with Engineering Planners and other Senior Engineers on Integrated Site Plan for planned maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring Engineering Right First Time KPIs are achieved.
  • Participate in Engineering daily meetings and ensure effective communication of testing progress, deviations etc.
  • Ensure that all Engineering Systems within the department are adhered to on a daily basis.
  • Complete all documentation in compliance with GMP and GxP standards.
  • Provide support with audit/inspection requirements to ensure department compliance/readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement by assisting with capital improvement projects.
  • Performing site walks to verify EHS and Quality standards are adhered.
  • Drive compliance with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions, including maintenance of accurate records.

This internship will be completed fully on site (Dublin Biotech)

The ideal person will have:

  • Working towards a Biological Science, Engineering or relevant discipline qualification.
