The Director Marketing Cross Tumor And New Products is responsible for establishing and driving cross-functional governance within the BU. They define priority areas, coordinate between franchises, commercial teams, medical, market access, and ensure a clear and shared vision for all cross-tumor subjects.
They lead the precision medicine team and ensure performance in execution for the current and future portfolio. They ensure that diagnostic capabilities are adapted to the needs of current and future indications, working closely with medical teams, market access, and other departments.

Their role is to ensure cross-tumor coherence of the pipeline and prepare the BU for the evolution of its portfolio.
They carry a portfolio of cross-functional projects that they structure, select, and pilot with discipline, identifying those to be accelerated or deployed more broadly, and discontinuing those with insufficient impact.

They validate the strategic and tactical choices proposed by their marketing teams in the PP and LROP marketing plans.
They drive a continuous improvement approach across all cross-functional processes. Their approach is based on objective analysis of facts: they identify dysfunctions, propose relevant improvements, and ensure the dissemination of best practices between teams and franchises, in a logic of collective learning and enhanced efficiency.
They ensure that all teams within their scope master and apply the internal and external requirements governing the activity. They guarantee that the behaviors and decisions of their scope are impeccable and fully compliant with the company's ethical and regulatory standards.
