Intern QA Specialist

Responsibilities

  • The Intern QA Specialist supports activities in B500 to ensure we are in compliance with the current Quality Manual Requirements
  • Actively communicate and collaborate with functional areas to develop a strong working relationship and understanding of roles and responsibilities. Utilize this network to help resolve comments and issues that arise.
  • Identify compliance gaps, make and facilitate implementing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support on the floor GMP readiness via area walkdowns/audits.
  • Creates and maintains assigned SOPs
  • Compiles data for reports and presentations, provides data interpretation draws conclusions
  • Carries out all assignments to the standards of compliance, efficiency, innovation, accuracy and safety in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements
  • Supports development, documentation and maintenance of business process and solutions
  • Additional activities as assigned by the manager/supervisor
  • Co-ordinating day-to-day team activities, prioritisation and communication with the technical teams and other stakeholders
  • Provide first line of issue resolution/escalation for the team

Skills You Will Need

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • Progressing to Bachelor's degree in a Life Science discipline
  • Strongly developed cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated excellence of skill in communicating (oral and written) effectively with diverse individuals/groups at all levels
  • Project management skills and experience; ability to conduct well defined projects on variety of topics
