Responsibilities include:

  • Lean Improvements: Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead/participate in cross-functional teams to implement identified improvements. Support activities in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency, energy conservation, waste minimization and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and support batch operations from vial thaw to fill and freezing of bulk drug substance.
  • Support CAPA management and closure relating to QRAs.
  • Provide support for a wide range of projects to support start-up.
  • Protocol/report authoring/execution/oversight as appropriate.
  • Support generation of SOPS/electronic batch records for start-up and facilitate review workshops as deemed necessary.
  • Participate and comply with internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, as relevant.
